I could not recommend Saf enough.After recent bad experiences at dentists, admittedly I was somewhat reluctant to ever visit one again. However I understood that I was having problems only a dentist could sort out and so had to. I was very quickly put at ease by not only the professionalism shown by Saf, but also his clear caring and compassionate nature, to feel I was under the care of someone who genuinely wanted me to have the best experience and outcome was incredibly refreshing. Saf has since gone into not only fix the existing problems, but has instilled soo much faith in me that I decided to undergo an Invisalign straightening process. Something I previously wouldn’t have even considered. The process has been easy, pain free, insightful and has really helped with my mental health and confidence. I now recommend Saf to my own clients.
I feel very privileged to have such a good NHS dentist. I have never had a bad experience at this practice. All the staff are friendly calm and efficient and concerned for their patients welfare - doubly important for someone who is dental phobic!
I couldn’t recommend Nuvo Dental enough, especially Sanjay & Louise who were absolutely amazing!They always made me feel comfortable and were very accommodating with me using a wheelchair or crutches at my appointments.All the girls on the desk were also all very lovely & polite.It is accessible with a ramp up to the dentist for anyone who may need this and the girls are always willing to give you a hand if needed.Thank you to all the team for making me feel at ease as soon as I stepped into the dentist, there was always a lovley atmosphere.I absolutely love my new smile after invisalign treatment with Sanjay, he is very precise, professional and is very good at what he does.Anyone thinking about having treatment here, do it you won’t be disappointed!Shania
First class service and experience.I'm a complicated patient with many health issues that need to be taken into consideration.The practice is not only welcoming from the doorstep, but I feel safe and in good hands.The staff have a lovely genuine, warm, empathicand accommodating way of working. The reception staff are exceptionally kind and caring -Why I've been a loyal customer for many, many years.My current dentist is a gem and is extremely experienced at putting me at ease , explaining things in a non jargon /medical way (in plain English) that I can understand and in a way that doesn't panic or alarm me. I'm not fussy who I see as all have been the same, I've never had a bad experience.I find the treatment almost relaxing, very calm with treatment explained.Nothing is rushed or hurried. I'm treated with respect and consulted every step of the treatment.The building is accessible, has free parking with a spacious open plan waiting- come -reception area (also accessible).The only grumble I have is the front door (entrance).Sadly it is not accessible and I've waited outside in my mobility scooter several times for someone to leave before being able to go in - despite knocking on the glass.Other than that I would give the practice 10 out of 10 for their patient care and fantasticskills.
Yesterday afternoon, I booked an online consultation with the treatment co-ordinator, Louise Richards. I received a video call, and Louise spoke with me through the insights of the procedure, explaining how Invisalign works, and invited me to the dental practice the same afternoon for an Invisalign scan. Louise was kind, welcoming, and understanding and spoke with me through the steps of Invisalign and what is included in having Invisalign, and Louise answered any questions that I had, which was very helpful. Thank you again! I’ll be coming back for treatment 😊
