How long do the results of teeth whitening last?

However, how long your whitening lasts really depends on your habits, like what you eat and drink, how well you look after your teeth, and your lifestyle. Avoiding things that stain, like coffee and red wine, and keeping up with good brushing and flossing will definitely help your brighter smile last longer. What causes teeth stains, and can they be removed?

Lots of things can cause teeth stains! Darkly coloured foods and drinks like coffee, tea, red wine, cola, berries, and soy sauce are common culprits.
